Design Miami 2026

This exhibition brings together the work of Jack Craig, Chris Schanck, and Ebitenyefa Baralaye; imagining a world where domestic space is reconfigured through design objects that are both emergent and unified in their internal logic. The exhibition environment resonates from wall and floor to core, setting the stage for three distinct voices that echo the body unbound.

Baralaye’s stools and lighting abstract the self as layered skins of fabric and clay—forms that both support and illuminate.

Schanck’s shelf, table, and mirror externalize dream logic and modes of escapism that sit just beneath the veneer of consciousness shaping how we understand and inhabit living spaces.

Craig’s wall and floor structures celebrate systems of materiality and process, transforming labor into colorful dialogues of discovery.

Together, the three trace threads between objects and space, creating a conversation centered on possibility and presence rather than prescription. Their works move fluidly between complexity and imagination, proposing new narratives about embodiment within the domestic landscape.
